Privacy Policy

Natsumi is a Discord bot (Application ID: 763114998435807325). This page explains what data Natsumi may process and store when used in a Discord server.

What we collect

To provide bot features, we may store:

• Discord IDs: userId, guildId, channelId, roleId, messageId.
• Server configuration (e.g., modlog settings, role menus, automod/censor settings, greetings).
• User-created content for features you explicitly use (e.g., reminder text, playlist entries).

Why we collect it

• Run moderation tools and keep a clear modlog.
• Power interactive panels/builders and keep them consistent.
• Deliver reminders and manage user playlists.

We do not store messages

We do not read or store message content broadly unless required for a feature that is enabled in your server (for example: automod/censor). Even then, we process only what is needed to perform that feature.

Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the feature to work. Some records may be removed automatically after a period (for example: finished reminders/polls/giveaways) using database cleanup rules.
